Many patients, either on their own or at the recommendation of their physician, find great benefit integrating yoga and meditation into their Lyme protocol. Meditation helps to manage stress and anxiety, immune system balancing, deeper sleep, focus and a myriad of other "symptoms" that affect a Lyme patient. Yoga is often one of the few ways a Lyme patient is able to physically exercise within their personal parameters of ability; helping everything from respiration, flexibility and metabolism to muscle strengthening and circulatory health.
