GUIDED VISUALIZATIONS HEAL AND HELP YOU SLEEP 

Red Kite Meditations is dedicated to the power of our minds to assist in healing Lyme disease. This site contains guided meditations to relieve your insomnia and speed your treatment. These meditations have helped me immensely in my recovery from neurological Lyme disease. I started sleeping when I began listening to them, and it was the turning point for me.

I have been teaching experiential anatomy since 1998. Each meditation guides you through a different physiological system crucial to healing Lyme - from liver detoxification to anxiety relief in the limbic system. The meditations are designed for sleep - they don't guide you back to a waking state at the end, but instead let you rest as long as you like. As you grow stronger, you can listen while getting your IV treatments, or while soaking in an epsom bath - and your conscious mind can use the imagery to heal the systems in question. Listen to samples on the site that your intuition tells you needs strengthening, and let your powerful, mysterious brain do the rest.

 I am so grateful to be able to help others like myself – life derailed by Lyme, but not forever! We have the power to direct our healing process from within, and to recover completely. Anxiety Relief - Calming the Limbic System

This meditation links the limbic system in the brain with the enteric nervous system in the gut. The two are connected by the vagus nerve. When these systems are relaxed, the body can release it's fight or flight response and get back to healing, sleeping and digestion. Listening can help with insomnia, nightmares and anxiety. You may fall asleep in the middle of it. It is 23 minutes long. 

Detoxification 

This meditation encourages liver and kidney function, as well as skin health. It helps with skin conditions, bowel health, and the general clearing of toxins. When detox pathways are healthy, the whole body benefits. It is about 17 minutes long. 

Immune Strength 

This meditation brings health and well being to your immune system, which originates in your bone marrow. It supports and enlivens white blood cells. It will connect you to the deep reserves of strength and intelligence inside your bones and your blood. It is about 22 minutes long.
