Lyme Advise: Your Key to Wellness

Biofeedback a process whereby electronic monitoring of a normally automatic bodily function is used to train someone to acquire voluntary control of that function. Many LLMD's and LLND's utilize Biofeedback technology in their practices to help Lyme patients manage their disease and many of their symptoms. 

There are three common types of biofeedback therapy:

  • Thermal biofeedback measures skin temperature
  • Electromyography measures muscle tension
  • Neurofeedback, or EEG biofeedback
